- 18 Reduced Fat Nilla Wafer 1 per muffin crushed
- 2 packages of Fat Free Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cup of egg beaters
- 2/3 cup sugar or 1/3 cup of Whole Earth Sugar Substitute
Combine cream cheese, egg beaters & sugar. Beat until smooth. Pour 1/4 cup of mix on top of crushed wafer.
Cook on 350 F for 30 minutes.
